The WP2 team met in Madrid at Hospital Beata Maria Ana, where ERESA provides diagnostic imaging services, in order to consolidate the work done so far and discuss the details to coordinate future actions.
Madrid, 11th of May of 2016. With WP2 tasks in full engines, the team met in Madrid at Hospital Beata Maria Ana, where ERESA provides the diagnostic imaging services, in order to consolidate the work done so far and discuss the details.
The main objective of the WP2 - EXPLORE workpackage is to analyse the different data and information sources that will be involved in the DESIREE system (e.g. clinical, imaging, genetic, biological). As a result of the WP, the Breast Cancer Digital Patient Model (DBCP) will be developed, and it will serve the basis for following WP.
As the first results of WP2 are expected in the next few months, the first results have to be delivered and the objective of the meeting was to be sureall the involved project partners ensured that relevant data and information sources are anticipated and all information needed is included and coded in the 'Breast Cancer Digital Patient Model’ (DBCP)', The development of DBCP is one of the main outputs of WP2, and it will serve as basis for the following WPs.
The team was happy to ascertain that the deliverables will be finalized as planned.
