Quality management system

Bilbomática has developed its own Quality Management System (QMS), covering key groups of procedures of our business activities:

  • Management responsibility
  • Resource management
  • Product manufacturing
  • Measurement
  • Continuous improvement

Our QMS has given us significant benefits since its implementation in 1998. This effort was recognized with the ISO 9001 certification, which we recently renewed in 2014. We were the first IT company in the north of Spain to obtain it.

From 2008 to 2009 the company adapted its software development process areas to the level 2 of the Capability Maturity Model (CMMI). We also carried out a major update of our management and delivery system. This new system focused specifically on: a unified requirements management methodology; an upgraded project management system; the availability of new planning and monitoring tools and a configuration and change management system.
